Raging Babe Events: Christian Carto vs. Victor Daniel Ruiz Rocha & Darmani Rock vs. Steven Lyons RBR

Round 1

Lyons is jabbing the body, and leaping in (literally) to envelop Rock's head within hands clasped around his nape and pull him into a clinch, but Rock shrugs him off with a display of raw strength. Right hands up top by Lyons, falling short as he lunges upward on his toes with Rock simply leaning over backwards and raising his thick beef-slab of a left shoulder in the way. Very little activity from Rock. Left hooks by Lyons, hitting Rock in his man-boobs. Now signs of life from Rock as Lyons slows his output. Body shots by Rock pressing forward with just over a minute left. Rock is jabbing Lyons in the face to pin him on the ropes and plants a right cross on his sternum. Philly shell by Rock, catching the left hook of Lyons on the back of his right glove and raising his perpendicularly held left forearm to pong-paddle away his jabs. More light pokes downstairs by Rock from a distance.

Round 2

Lyons is skittish, jumping in and out but never daring get too close. Rock is clattering in shallow uppercuts behind the chest jab from outside, and edging his way in to press Lyons into the ropes, exploding on him with clubbing overhand rights. Lyons fighting scared, darting in to jab & slash at the protuberant gut of Rock and then fleeing. Rock is wading in with both arms by his sides. HUGE left hook by Rock, slow and telegraphed, blocked, yet still nearly toppling Lyons over sideways. Flush right hand by Rock, knocking Lyons back into the ropes. Lyons mugs and showboats, waving a few brave counters up at Rock but then quickly circling away.

I can't tell where Rock's love handles beging and his actual butt cheeks end, but they probably don't even make boxing trunks in a larger waist size than he's wearing...

 

Round 3

Lyons is laughing cheekily at Rock, barely avoiding some right hands and dancing around, bending himself in half to either side and jabbing at the body. Rock grins at him in return and plods along patiently. Flush jab on the mouth by Rock, surprising Lyons with his quickness, his grin turning increasingly malevolent. Heavy body shots by Rock as Lyons scampers into the ropes. Clubbing lefts & rights windmilled by Rock, falling inside and smothering himself as Lyons jumps up to grab him around the neck like Rock was the star quarterback and he the kittenish eager-to-please girlfriend.

Round 4

Lyons is getting bolder now, vaulting himself up at Rock, coming off the canvas by a few inches with a left hook lead and following up with a superman right hand as his momentum carries him forward. Rock just falls back into a deep slouch and lets himself suspend limp over an invisible clothesline, riding it out until Lyons' nerve is lost, which takes no time. Lyons backs off and Rock starts to shrug and rumble forward to lead again, throwing big corkscrew rights on the body. Lyons is badly hurt, fleeing, trapped on the ropes. GIANT looping rights on the body from Rock. Lyons flops into a face-plant willfully and stays there on the safety of the floor.

TKO4!!!

 

Well, we still know nothing whatsoever where Rock ranks if he happens to try getting in reasonable shape.

He's still in that frustrating "pretty talented for a morbidly obese dude...I guess..." category.
