I dont see Rahman as much worse off then he was when the fought 2 years ago hes still in good shape and been keeping active. Toney on the other hand looked like a shot fighter vs Peter in the rematch then a SD over Bachelder. He can cut weight as much as he wants but when its gone its gone. Rahman deserved the decision in the 1st fight and as long as he just keeps an active jab he wins.

Toney has never made any serious effort to reduce weight so he could be competitive. He can't do that in just 60 days of training. He should be doing that gradually even during off training period.

What are you people expecting now? A miracle? :think

Rahman UD . . . not unless Toney lands a big big punch early.

Come on Jimmie, Rahman looked like complete **** against Lawrence, who's was practically punching bag for both Brock and Iggy, and Sykes was nearly decapitated, after Peter continued landed shots, while Sykes had his head inbetween the ropes on the way down to the canvas, yet Rahman struggled with him last year.

Rahman looked like a pretty good fighter when he fought Toney in March of 06, he now looks lethargic and very glass chinned, I honestly believe Toney's going to knock him out late in the fight.

Rahman had a china chin in his "prime," and it sure hasn't gotten any better with age. I do think that it is entirely possible Toney stops him late.

I agree, though in Rahmans prime I doubt he would of got rocked by a fighter like Zuri Lawrence, his chin is quite a bit worse now than it was before IMO.

Rahman got knocked out in his first match against Tua, and went the distance the second time, which ended in a draw. Rahmans chin was bad before, it's terrible now and very ripe to be exposed.

Toney knows now it's time to put up, or shut up, and he is going to make the most of it. I'm not saying Toney's headed straight to the top again, but he will beat a lethargic Rahman. After Rahman's last two matches, I'm convinced he's completely shot, and if Toney has any life in him still left, he will win, and it will probably come by late round TKO.

I truly hope James ''The Toothpick'' Toney has at least one more really good performance left in him !

I'd hate to see what you think is "bad." :nut

Rahman has the worst chin among world rated HW contenders of the last ten years, far worse than Wlad Klitschko who gets bashed all the time for having shaky whiskers. You never saw him knocked out cold or out of the ring!

It was after the bell, but he had a whole minute plus to recover from the punch, though he didnt and got knocked out the next round.

As far Toney is concerned, I never said he was taking the Heavyweight divsion by storm, beating Rahman is no tall order my friend, the fact that he was rocked by Lawrence is proof enough his chin is terrible and one good punch away from shattering, plus his stamina sucks as well, so Toney might just outbox him for 8, and then go for the kill late in the fight. Toney wants it more than Rahman, you will see that come fight night, if you want have an avatar bet we could do that as well.
