I think this guy is the winner.

    http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=22021&cat=boxer

He's the only heavyweight on the card
He is a blown up cruiser
Has not fought in a year
Has 8 losses with 7 coming from KO
Also is much smaller than Rahman and his reach is much smaller as well

Rahman's promoter said he would be on this same card and my guess is this is who he is fighting. Probably just a stay busy fight to keep his name out there. Judging by the dude's record Rahman should have him out of there inside of 4.

Would've liked to see him fight a better opponent. Didn't know it would be in Panama.

Was shocked he was fighting down that far as well. Obviously this may not be his opponent but with the fact this comeback has been built on quantity, and not quality, my bet is this dude is his next victim.

So if he wins this fight, that's 4 wins in a year, with more than enough time to get in the ring before the end of the year. I got a feeling he will have 1 more fight after this October bout he is suppose to have.

Then maybe he gets some kind of eliminator next year.

    War Rahman!!!

He should face Toney to settle score ones and for all

That would be a viable match up for both indeed. Let's wait and see if lightsout is indeed planning to return to the ring next month as promised.

Toney needs to retire. So does Rahman.

Rahman's fighting bums because he doesn't want his glass jaw shattered again. He's trying to get some momentum going to get good paying fight with a beltholder or contender. I don't blame him really, he probably wants some retirement money. With no pension program, this is what boxers have to do.

Though he would have trouble getting the fights made probably. Would love to see Rahman close his career with wins over Tua and Toney.

I agree that boxers seem to have to do this kind of thing. But you can't believe he's figting bums so he doesn't get glass jaw shattered. His whole agenda is to win a title. He'll have to face someone who can punch before the title bout or in it.

Well, he's probably fighting bums so he can avoid losing before he secures 1 last good paying fight. Rahman may say it's all about winning the title again, but i'm sure it's more about getting paid (tho belt would be nice). Rahman hasn't looked like a beltholder in many, many years. IMO even the in shape form that beat barrett for the title in 06 wouldn't get it done right now (aside from the fact he's now 4 years older). Hope I'm wrong and he brings a little excitement before the curtain drops

sure he wants to put some retirement money in his pocket, but I don't think that's where it stops. at least I hope not.
