Not that many of you would care, but I've always been a big supporter of Hasim Rahman. If any of you are still fans of him or followed his career, he is fighting tonight in Kenya against Bernard Adie. He stepped in as a last minute replacement for Marcelles Brown. I doubt it's being televised but if anyone knows more please let us know. Oh and apparently Michael Moorer is training him for this fight! Anyways, there it is, thoughts???
Here is the last guy that bet Hasim Rahman.... You seen him? http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/crime/81637948/Auckland-police-seek-top-Hells-Angels-gang-member http://boxrec.com/boxer/383683
Unfortunately yes, I watched that fight. Rock's legs are gone, his punch resistance was never good but couple that with no mobility or motor skills, he probably will lose this fight. But, I'm pulling for him!
Agreed, I think that would be an interesting one. Oleg was talking a 3rd match prior to Rock's disgraceful loss to Nansen. Course Oleg looked awful in his last outing 2 yrs ago against Danny friggin Williams haa
Joshua will only fight him if he's the best available challenger . Wilder will fight him if he's the worst
If, and it's a big if....if the rock wins there will be another Kenya match, it's some kind of tournament deal.
God I remember his ring walk for povetkin. He couldn't even walk down the stairs. Dude has no legs, none
Have to go the way back to 2006 for the last time Rahman was a capable world operator. He was even badly faded in 2008 when Wlad fought him. Now he's shot to absolute bits. Danny Williams/Owen Beck kind of shot. Train fighters, help you son out with his boxing career - but call it a day and stop embarrassing yourself.
I thought he would stop after the Povetkin thing because that was world stage level and embarassing as ever. Then I thought surely he would stop after getting beat by a mma/gang member. Now it is just getting to the point of who can he beat if anyone. It's very hard being a fan of his seeing him do this, but it's like a trainwreck i cannot look away.
