    Matano’s corner gets some credit here, maybe they could’ve stopped it a round earlier but there was a point in the 7th when Matano went to get some loose tape ripped off where his corner clearly told him the remainder of that round was his last 90 seconds in the fight if he couldn’t turn it around. And they kept their word, even running out to meet their fighter and help him stumble back to his stool at the end of the round

    Of all the obscure, seemingly low-hanging fruit Euro level boxing cards you'd figure would be available but of at best mild interest to watch, of course this had to end up being a hassle (read: impossibility for a broke ass peasant like me) and then simultaneously had to end up being awesome. :shakehead:

    Khalladi is happier than I’ve seen some fighters after they win world titles. Good to see him get his when it clearly means so much to him

    Yeah I actually feel kind of guilty. I barely wanted to watch this because I was exhausted from the weekend of mediocrity and then this ends up being probably the best fight of the weekend, topping Oscar Duarte-Nestor Armas, which also was mired in obscurity with it not even being listed on BoxRec
