Why would he? Why would Chuck want it? Why would the fans or the UFC want it?

Neither fight was even close. Not saying Rampage is the better fighter, but stylistically he definitely has Chucks number. Lets move on: Let Rampage try and avenge against Shogun or Silva (given they win their matches), there are good matchups for Chuck as well...against Hendo, Shogun and Silva.

Why the hell should he. He has other losses to take care of, and he whupped that ass severely twice.

Yea, absolutely no reason to see 3rd fight without it being a rubber match. I hope Dana doesn't make Fedor vs Nog 3 either.

If Chuck works his way up to another fight with Rampage... he should fight. But he has to do more than beat Keith Jardine.

If he beats Jardine.. and Wanderlei... and one more top guy (Shogun?).. and Rampage still has the title.. the match should be made.

Rampage beat him cleanly twice, a third should only happen under odd circumstances, like Chuck beat all the contenders and Rampage still being champ (which he won't be after friday night).

Same goes for Rampage fighting Silva.

You really think Hendo is going to beat him? How? If you don't mind me asking. Do you think he is going to take him down, or try and beat him standing?

A mix of the two, and alot of clinch work. I think Dan can get a TKO stoppage from side control or half guard, or win a decision. Either fighter getting KO'd cold isn't very likely, and I don't see either subbing the other, so a decision is very possible, and I would favor Dan to win it as he will be controlling the takedowns.

When Rampage has problems, its in the clinch and Lindland was able to keep him there most of the fight, and while Lindland is considered the better wrestler between Dan and him, it is because Lindland wrestled at a lower weight, when the two actually wrestled Dan won. So considering Dan's better absolute wrestling (not pfp) than Lindland, much more dangerous striking, and ability to change up gameplans (see fight vs Vitor compared to fight vs Wandy) I have to give Dan the edge based on the Rampage vs Lindland fight.

I disagree with you. How is Dan gonna get side control or half guard if he can't take rampage down. You don't see rampage on his back very often and there is a reason to that. I think Rampage has the edge. Not only is he bigger and has the power advantage. he also has a reach advantage. I think rampage is gonna pick dan up and drive him through the floor. With Rampage new trainer you know his stand has gotten better. I think rampage is a better striker than Dan. Im going with rampage.
