    common? rubbish.
    ive trained for nearly 7 years in numerous gyms and havent even heard of anybody getting one let alone seen it.

    Usually between 20-30lbs. But Rampage has come down from as high as 300lbs in between fights. He used to really blow up in PRIDE and was a massive light heavy.
