i love running, but what i hate is when i dont run for a while and then start again my legs become sore for a week.
That's damn quick. From what I've seen of mayweather, I think he could probably cruise at 5:30/mile at least.
I can nudge out 5 miles in under 30 minutes. However, I run around 8 mile 5 times a week and do a 10 miler on sundays. I'll be doing my first half and full marathon this year so I'll have to up my distance a bit.
I'm going to have to come to London and train with you 5 miles in 31 minuites is great. I ran 10 miles 3 times, but I didn't keep the times.. my all times fastest mile was 5:03
i run 11 miles one day i did it in 75 minutes i was bored as hell but i wasnt that tired, i burn like 8 pounds that day
