I have it 3-1 for Cloud although you can sense that the momentum changes every round. Veteran experience may be the difference here although I'm betting on Cloud by TKO8.

Cloud does better countering imo, he gets caught leading too much. Woods jab again..still right on he needs to use it more.

not a lot of very clean shot land from either fighter but Cloud was highly more active in this round

Cloud is aggressive. Again though, he isnt landing clean enough. Its 1 or 2 punches getting through.

Woods with a right cross. Cloud still throwing. Woods is just catching shots. Woods actually knocks his mouthpiece out with a counter 1-2

Woods I think is conserving his energy for the late rounds. Let Cloud throw in bunches in the first half, let him tire a bit, then surge late.

Im going to say that was Clouds round. He isnt dominating though. Woods has moments with the double jab and cleaner combos at the end.
