    Would Tex have a chance to win this?

    He had an Iron chin and Stamina, could he beat down Patterson in the upset?

    Cobb has the best chin i have ever seen, when i watch his fights im just amazed at his ability to eat monsterpunches over an over again. But he has poor skills and power, he wont beat a skillfull guy like Patterson.

    Patterson just way to quick and talented for tex. Cobb will still be there at the end but he'll lose big time.

    Cobb beat Shavers who was an excellent fighter.

    I actually think Cobb would beat Patterson down with his clubbing shots. Patterson is not going to hurt Cobb and he wilts under sustained assaults. He will be winning easily on points but still Tex is going to be there all night.

    I am going to say Tex in the upset win.

    Patterson all the way. Floyd would be much too fast for Cobb.
