Recently it was announced, that Randleman has signed with american MMA organization Strikeforce. It has since been confirmed by Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker that Randleman is in talks with Strikeforce concerning an exclusive contract, however no contracts have been signed yet.
At "Diaz vs Shamrock" press conference it was announced that Kevin has finally signed contract. His possible Strikeforce debut can be June, 6th 2009. Scott Coker said that Randleman' next possible opponents are Renato Sobral or Tito Ortiz.

Anyone know who's left with HammerHouse or doesnt it even exists anymore? As Kevin trains with Randy at Xtreme Couture. And im pretty sure Baroni is no longer affliated with HH.

Baroni has been at Xtreme Couture for quite some time, at least a year I think.

Strikeforce has been slowly building a good roster and putting togther some cards, the best thing was for Elite XC to fold and they grabbed some of their good fighters.

Does anyone know when Affliction's card is this summer and any potentional fights?

I saw Randleman wrestle in highschool. Against a dude I beat about a month before. Dude was actually winning well into the second period when he had to medically default. I think Randleman gave him a concussion, it was a borderline illegal slam. Randleman was a monster even in highschool....

I got a lot of time for Kevin. He was one of my favorite fighters in the old days of the UFC and PRIDE who brought a ton of energy. But lets be real Kevin is glorified journeyman in this sport. Who achieved alot with the tiny dimension he has. Kevin has no submissions, a weak sub defense, his striking is fairly poor and the guy is only good from the mount when he's pounding someone into the mat. His done the same thing throughout his entire career with varying degrees of success. After the amount of awful injuries his been through and the way his abused his body over the years i dont really see how much he can do in Strikeforce, as that guy is a worn and battle weary 37 years of age.

Randleman's win over Cro Cop is what made him, lets be honest no one saw it coming and no one would have bet it happening with such a brutal style. He can compete in Strikeforce but his wrestling average stand up might get him KTFO, if he hasn't got his power.

Not really. Randleman was UFC heavy champ long before he KO'ed CC. He was a well known quantity since his Vale Tudo days. His win over CC didnt help his cause that much because prior to that he was getting beat by all the major names in PRIDE. Rampage ****ed him up bad before his loss to CC and Sakuraba subbed him aswell. All that win told me was how complacent CC could get and how erratic Kevin could peform. One minute he was a world beater, the next minute he should have been eating popcorn and watching the show from the 3rd row.:|
