This will never happen, and no one is talking about it, but it occurred to me as a hypothetical. If Usyk beats the Parker-Dubois winner and becomes a three-time undisputed, there is REALLY nothing left for him to do. Sure, there are mandos, and the winners of Zhang-Kabeyal and Bakole-Ejagba, but they don't add anything, and we all know that. But what if he chose as a swan song fight a charity shot to Dychko, who is a double-bronze medalist whose already 34 and completely floundering. One to go out on, and give a struggling fellow Olympian who is also not British or American a break. Would you be interested in that fight? Just a thought.
I'd rather him try to do what Larry Holmes attempted to do and wind up his career fighting the Cruiserweight and Light Heavyweight champions. If he wins a rematch with Dubois, fight the winner of Beterbiev-Bivol-Ramirez and Jai Opetaia. Opetaia is gaining traction with the public. The Bivol-Beterbiev winner will be looking for a big fight after defending against Gilberto Ramirez. Doesn't matter the order. Just finish facing champions. It looks better for the legacy.
If he beats Dubois/Parker winner and then Kabayel/Zhang winner, he can do whatever the hell he wants in my opinion. He can even fight Klitschko at that point.
What about beterbiev-bivol winner vs Opetaia-zurdo winner, whoever comes out of that gets a shot at Usyk
Id really like Dychko to beat at least one contender before he fights the world heavyweight champion.
