Just wanted to point out something no one is discussing much. Random testing begins the moment the contract is signed. No one was expecting Mayweather to be available May 5. Use you're own judgement... But if you KNOW the excuses are BS... then there MUST be another compelling reason for a request for a few more week delay.

The right time to start cycling would be a couple of days before beginning camp, not months and months beforehand. What happened to the argument that a cut-off on testing wouldn't work because PEDs leave the system in as little as 24 hours nowadays? Third - Let him be on PEDs. I can answer this one. What the OP is implying is that Pacquiao wants to use for a month before the random testing starts and then be clean for the training camp while random testing is in place. Apparently you need 24 hours notice to get it out of your system which is something they won't get when OSDT begins.
