    The Turpin of the first SRR bout vs the Calzaghe who shut Lacy out.

    I think Turpin takes this.The frustrating thing with Turpin was that his prime was pretty short,but the Turpin that was good enought to give Sugar Ray Robinson fits over their 2 fights is good enough to beat Calzaghe.

    Over the duration of their careers Calzaghe is, for me, the more consistent fighter, but the July'51 vintage of Turpin beats the best of Joe.

    I also think Super-Middle would have been a great weight for Randy.
