It's worth noting that the footage from 2:03-2:08 of the Firpo doc (the farther away viewpoint) was taken from the same film as the brief clip of the fighters walking toward each other that used to be on YT, but the footage in the doc appears to show them resting in between rnds, which would indicate there's more footage available from that film than just the brief clip klompton mentioned.

 

I can’t believe Reznick was so nasty to me in that thread lmao. But good find that’s exactly what I was recalling from memory earlier today in the thread. Still no footage on Fulton fight either. Also hoping Sharkey Wills surfaces and Greb Walker

 

If you look close at the bottom there is a watermark on the corner footage for British Pathe that isnt present in the other footage of Miske. It actually looks like footage from Dempsey-Carpentier.

That would be great…I’m guessing you’ve seen the This Is Your Life episode dedicated to Dempsey in which Fred Fulton makes an appearance as a guest.

Poor Fred sounds a lil punchy but reasonably healthy otherwise. Dempsey himself looks great for his age and ready to go if need be. Lol.
