You might want to add Orlando Salido and Manuel Medina as strong wins for Marquez as well.

Juan Manuel Marquez isn't an elite win for mayweather? LOL even though he went on the knockout prime lightweight champion Diaz and get robbed against Manny Pacqiaou in his subsequent fights?

Why do you count Mosley as an elite win for Floyd but not Oscar

I think a lot of people point to the whole weight controversy, including me.

The fact that Marquez troubled Pac in the third fight makes the Marquez win a strong win, considering everyone thought the Floyd/Marquez bout was a mismatch going in.

    Floyd > Pac > Marquez > Cotto

This combo is the correct one and was not included for some odd reason

Floyd- best defensive fighter of his generation, speed and conditioning
Pacquiao- best offensive fighter of his generation, speed and strength
Marquez- better all around skills and ring IQ than either, but lacks their physical gifts
Cotto- bigger, stronger, good technique, smart but no genius

Oscar was not the top of his division nor was he close to being on any P4P list and was 1-2 in his last 3 including the long layoff.

    1. Pacquiao
    2. Mayweather
    3. Marquez
    4. Cotto

Mayweather is the best overall fighter of the lot, but Pacquiao's superior resume shades it (for now - I expect that to change in a bit).
