such a small dude, so many victories against much bigger feared boxers. in a p4p sense, same size, same weight & reach would destroy floyd.

best defence ever. technicle genius. 12:0 vs marquez, who was like p4p #3-4 at that time. what more can I say

3) cotto

won 4 rounds vs floyd and made it competible. marquez won 0 rounds and never had a chance. cotto just better all around than marquez.

4) marquez

best mexican boxer of the last 10 years. no wonder barrera and morales weren't making to many efforts facing him back than.

 

i strongly disagree with this, my friend. What you say about the Floyd fight is true, but we have to consider the circumstances, and you can also flip this scrip by comparing their fights with Pacquiao, in the eys of many, JMM beat him the last 2 times, while Cotto got a one sided beat down. And Marquez is overall the more skilled fighter than Cotto IMO.

 

Its ridiculous that you have someone like Ricardo Torres, Yuri Foreman, Andulev and Quintana even in the strong wins column in there and not Salido. Cotto for Mayweathers elite wins. Also how does Baldomir not get a strong win when Judah does. Baldomir had beaten Judah before zab fought floyd and was the number 1 welterweight in the world whilst on a 16 or so undefeated run. Just because he matched up dreadfully stylistically and got his ass handed to him, should not defer from the fact that he was the best welterweight in the world. The Jesus Chavez win was virtually nothing for Floyd. Just a built up record and the Corley, N'dou and Ortiz wins where much better even in the way Floyd defeated Victor.

It seems you've picked wins that look good on paper when in reality they aren't as good as they first seem on say Boxrec for example. Also when comparing all 4 in terms of greatness, you should treat the level of wins the same for each boxer. I don't see how virtually all of Cotto's 'strong wins' are on the same level as the likes of Katsidis, Casamayor, Diaz, De La Hoya and JMM

 

Also how the **** was David Diaz a strong win for Manny?? Sorry to point the finger turbo, but did you literally just look up on Boxrec at decent ish records on these guys resumes?? We've all done it before so don't be scared if you did.

marquez won 100 rounds more vs pacquiao than cotto did vs pacquiao, so therefor my logic doesn't work.
