    sure but apart from being fan-friendly he was also an incredible fighter in terms of ability.

    So many of the guys on that list peaked before 1985. Arguello? Sober up. He was shot by then.

    The only guys who definitely rank higher from your list are Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran and Pernell Whitaker - and both Leonard and Duran peaked well before 1985.

    Pacquiao is on the same level as guys like Arguello, Hearns and Michael Spinks. He could overtake them by the end of his career, but he is on that level now. He is ahead of everyone else on the list p4p, including Hagler and Chavez IMO.

    I'm not trying to be picky, but I think Marco Antonio Barrera should be on that list. :)
