I still rank him at 8. Losing to a stylistic foil operating on the elite level with a skill level of a 9 or a 10 isn't all too shameful; Marquez being able to nullify his skills, tricks, tactics and attributes don't mean they stopped existing altogether.

5, always thought he was technically terrible... He relies on speed and his steroid chin.

 

I kind of see it like Tim Tebow....his technical skill at QB is poor...

HOWEVER....he's such an athlete and competitor he is effective in his own right and produces WINS

So for his position TECHNICAL SKILL wise at QB he's atrocious

So for me Pac and technical skill is 5....if we are just looking at technical skill for a boxer.

As a boxer though in general with everything that he does....he's a 8 or 9 no less than 8.
