How can anyone have juan above $? Is this due to inactivity? Remember $ str8 clowned Juan. Juan Marquez didn't win a fraction of a round.

Using some rating system where I rank defensive and offensive skills as 1-5 (5 highest):

    Pac (offense = 5, defense = 3; total = 8
    Floyd (offense = 3, defense = 5; total = 8
    Donaire (offense = 4, defense = 3; total = 7)
    Marquez (offense = 3, defense = 4; total = 7)
    Martinez (offense = 3, defense = 3; total = 6)

you cannot use this as a reason why floyd is more skilled than jmm. remember that floyd has all the size advantage on that fight and he won't even initiate action and could not stop the little man.

in terms of pure skill i have floyd, marquez and donaire on par with each other. but jmm stands out because out of the three, he is the least athletic imo. pac is not far though and his skill is highly underrated.

a great list. Marquez is the only one who does not belong in that group. I agree with your list except Manny ahead of Donaire and Marquez last.

Not winning even a fraction of any round is a good arguement that you don't have more skills than that guy.

Floyd is able to fight at his pace more often and put on boxing clinics. Juan can be forced to trade.
