Hell yes! The fights with Ivan Robinson were so good. It drives me nuts that they are not discussed anywhere near as much as the Ward vs Gatti fights. Ivan Robinson was a really good fighter.
Ironically, I think those bouts ruined him more than they did Gatti. Robinson was never the same after those two wins!
I agree 100%. The thing about Robinson was for all of his skill and toughness, he didn't have much of a punch. Once guys figured out that he couldn't hurt them, they would fight him with pressure and aggression. Robinson was at his best on the outside but would allow himself to get pulled into brawls which didn't help him. He would have had a much better career if he could have cracked harder.
