    gasman you serious?

Collins wasnt even on the list to choose from, if we could choose who we wanted from the 'modern' era that for me is 1920s onwards so m y liost would be completley differnet

and there is afew not so good choices in your list

Collins did beat Benn and Eubank but i think Benn at least would of beat him in his prime.
How anyuone is putting Calzaghe ahead of Lewis is beyond me though

Explain to me why you have Hatton above Lewis? And Naz at #10?

I don't think Benn would have beat Collins at any time, period.

My low listing of Lewis reflects the fact that the heavyweight division has been shite for years. Calzaghe, for me is an absolute legend, he does get the respect that he has earned.

And Lewis has been retired for years. The 90's is generally regarded as one of the best periods of Heavyweight boxing.

The heavyweight division that Lennox ruled is 'shite', but 168 was packed with depth when Calzaghe ruled it right?

Lewis a clear number 1 for me, Calzaghe or Eubank 2nd.

Naz was over-rated, I recall a powder puncher like Wayne McCullough, who caused him all kinds of trouble, and his career was really short, unlike Hatton - who I believe on the whole has had better victories on his cv and a longer career.

Lewis probably should be higher, but his low position reflects my low opinion of the heavyweight division in his time.

My high rating of McGuigan is what I expected to be pulled up on, that one, I admit is totally biased.

    McClellan win seals it.

I put him high on beating Pedroza - past prime admittedly - and the way he united Ireland when he fought, which certainly wasn't an easy thing to do in the 80's.
