I can, he didnt lose to Glen Johnson and Antonion Tarver...

And has more big names under his belt, but if he was above RJJR, it would only be by one, maybe 2 spots, so dont get too heated up.

Honestly though, i probably wouldnt rate Hop above RJJR, but if i did, that'd be my arguement....

Rhardless of what you think about his wins, you cannot deny that most of his big wins could be followed by "...but".

His wins over tito, Tarver and de La Hoya just aren't that good in hindsight. I think Hopkins is a fantastic talent, but his resume is weak. To be fair, he beat most of the people he should have done, but I cannot justify him being a top 10 middleweight with such a weak resume. Losing twice to Jermain Taylor, isn't something a middleweight like Hagler, Robinson, Greb, Monzon- Even welterweights like Leonard, Hearns, and maybe even going to lightweight, Mosley or Armstrong would do. He lost twice to a very average fighter.

Of course people come out with "He was green whenh elost to Jones and robbed against Taylor", which is nonsense.

He dominated for a good few years, but didn't beat any serious talent at middleweight.

I'd place him at about 60 all-time, and about 12-15 at middleweight.

I'd have to think of all-time rankings, but I would start with the premise that it is > than that of RJJ, as a reference point. :)
