I really don't believe Peterson is THAT low!!! He just took a loss to the most BATTLED TESTED fighter in the division (Bradley).

Peterson would destroy Maidana, Urango, Khan and JMM.

And I guarantee you that after JMM lost to Floyd...JMM will NEVER fight another Classic-Slick-Styled-Boxer with Speed, Quickness and Defense.

And there are Plenty of talented fighters at 135lbs (only a 5lbs difference) that can fight at 140lbs with ease. Remember when Funeka fought Guzman he came in the ring at over 150.

In my opinion @ 135lbs the tops are:
    Antonio Demarco
    Edwin Valero
    Anthony Peterson
    Hylon Williams...He's only a kid at 20...BUT DAMN...GIFTED!!!

Peterson so far hasnt done ****,im not saying the kid cant fight but hes still unproven untill he fights sometop guy in the division.

Marquez has never fought in the division so I won't even rank him there.

Bradley has been the best in the division for sometime in my opinion. You can order the rest in whatever way. Khan could be #2, but who knows if he can get by with his chin against bigger punchers than he has been facing.

Good points but I think Peterson is a talented fighter and yesterday was the first time he stepped up and it was a big mistake putting him with Bradley but as it stand I would also put him that low due his lack of competition and inability to change game plan(he was outboxed pretty bad).

As for JMM thank you for elaborating on him, he is my current favorite active fighter but like you said I just dont see him competing with the elite 140Lbs due to his ineffectiveness at the weight. I think hes a great fighter and above everyone at 140 in terms of ATG but his place is at 135 and below. Even a low skilled slugger like Maidana is a huge threat at this point to JMM at 140.

That is why I rank him lower than Maidana and Bradley because he wont fight a fighter with enough speed and power.

Just to show you how much or little respect These American Boxers with Speed and Quickeness get...Just look at the threads in the General form:

    Mallignaggi vs Khan...who wins?

    Khan vs JMM...Who Wins?

    Maidana vs JMM...Who Wins?

Yet NO-ONE is asking about a Fighter who beat Witter, Holt, Cherry Just beat Peterson and Fought Campbell and pretty much kicked his ass...TIMOTHY BRADLEY

No-one is asking..Maidana, JMM, Khan, Ortiz VS any one of the Top-Shelf, Elite-Level Skilled Boxers with Speed, Quickness and Defense....Bradley or Peterson or Alexander!!!

    Why...two reason:

    1. They already know who'll win
    2. They know those SLOW-ASS, STATIONARY TARGETS ARE SITTING ****ING DUCKS AGAINST FIGHTERS WITH SPEED AND QUICKNESS...AND DEFENSE AND THOSE FIGHTS WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER GET MADE!!!!

khan has only just won a belt and is 22, but i wouldn't call him a "slow-ass, stationary target". bradley isn't a huge puncher and khan has quicker hands, khan could possibly beat bradley now, let alone in a year or two.

Bradley hasn't fought the quality of opposition that Hatton has. Hatton is still top 2 at least.
