    I think this is harsh and I would like to take the opportunity to say hold tight uppercut_to_the_body, see you when you’re out of pen.

    But I will take this opportunity foremost to apologise, largely because I need to be representing for Brother Hughie Fury on fight night this Saturday.

    Pretty much this, I'd be inclined to put Jacobs higher but his last two combined with Canelo probably not losing on the cards, makes me think otherwise.

    Harsh? I told him to stop derailing my thread NUMEROUS times. He thought it was funny (if trolling - or quixotically overstated the importance of his opinions and the appropriateness of the context, if they were genuine) to persist over and over after these warnings. If anything (sure the other mods would agree here) I was too lenient allowing him to flaunt his disobedience for so long.

    Voted Alvarez, but I think I may have misunderstood the question. Are they all in the ring at the same time? Because that's how I chose. I saw "last man standing" and assumed it was a Hunger Games sort of set-up.

    Thinking about it, that was pretty breathtakingly silly of me. It'd be a GREAT fight though.

    I'm 60/40 in favour of Derevyanchenko.

    Although I'm a fan of both and Jacobs' length and power will pose a problem I'm in the mind set that the first 6 rounds will be close but I think the inside work that Derevyanchenko will put in will pay dividends in the final 3rd of the fight.

    It's a great match up and fight and fair play to both fighters for taking it.

    If they all fought each other, round-robin.

    Or in any sort of tourney involving the half dozen of them (if an eight-man tourney is easiest to envision, just assume the 7th and 8th seeds are bums that any of the six could dispatch without breaking a sweat) - who do you make the number one seeded fave?

    Still Alvarez, though I've never seen Charlo fight and I don't think I've even heard of Rob Brant, who sounds more like a 45 year old plumber who's always overly-cheerful, and you suspect his forced bonhomie hides a dark, dark secret.
