Bernardo Mercado, Gerry Cooney, James Tillis, Randall Cobb, Renaldo Snipes, David Bey, Jesse Ferguson, Carl Williams, Tyrell Biggs, and Donovan Ruddock.
Every man is at their one fight peak for this list, but that fight must be from the '80s, so no Tyson fight Ruddock. Do make sure to list what fight each of these men are from.

    3. David Bey - Page fight
    4. Donovan Ruddock - Weaver fight
    5. James Tillis - Shavers fight
    6. Gerry Cooney - Holmes fight
    7. Tyrell Biggs - Snipes fight
    8. Jesse Ferguson - Williams fight
    9. Randall Cobb - 1st Dokes fight

Williams is not number 1 Cooney, Ruddock, for certain would KO him out he was a sucker for the left hook which was Cooney's and Ruddock's money punch.

    Overall.....

    Bey too high.

    Williams too high.

    Cooney too low.

    Biggs too low.

My top 5 not in any order would be Ruddock, Cooney, Williams, Snipes, Biggs. If we're talking about the best versions of each men.

Yea this seemed a bit off to me… Biggs was the first person to have a perfect round against Tyson.

Williams showcased a much better chin in the Holmes fight than he did anywhere else, and I think that one of the biggest issues with his chin was that he'd come in unfocused during certain fights, and he'd step on the gas without much caution. You see a very different fighter in the Holmes, Witherspoon, and Morrison fights to the one of the Weaver, Ferguson, or the Tyson fight.
But otherwise.... Thanks for this! I put down some shitty rankings to try and entice someone to correct me. I know that these fighters aren't too attractive to many, so I figured I'd get more replies if I laid some bait.
    Lemme post my real rankings.

Holmes had no left hook which is why Williams was successful vs him. Everyone knows Williams is suspect to left hooks and his chin can be shaky at times. I can't see Williams not getting stopped by Ruddock, Cooney, who both have very good left hooks and are KO artists just not a good match up for Williams IMO.

Williams chin COULD be shaky, but when he was focused on winning, he could take much more hits without dropping. Morrison had one of the best left hooks ever, and even more power than men like Bowe, but Tommy had to get a technical stoppage off of him because Carl was focused.
