    this list is very very close and could be switched however you want aside form 130 floyd being number 1. i've only ranked on skills. ranking on overall h2h i'm not sure what it'd look like (obv mab beats em, em beats pac etc..)

    imo you could argue that Morales had a superior skill set than JMM, he just liked to fight rather than box.

    I rank each fighter number 1, they all have a skill set that works for them, that's why they're all ATG.
