I'm sure Wlad thought Purrity, Sanders & Brewster weren't real threats either...................

I tell my 9 year old son to play every play as if it's your last because it just might be. That's in Mini-Mite Football!!! The same applies to boxing or any other sport.

No he wasn't you assclown. Wlad fought to win & he did. Sultan fought to not get KO'd. It's much harder to KO an opponent who doesn't engage & fights leaning back to goad his opponent into throwing something he can counter off of. That was obviously Ibragimov's plan & it didn't work but he didn't get knocked out either.

That's very civil of you and I appreciate the effort.:good :rofl

I can easily understand why someone would believe a peak Tyson had the speed, combos & power to catch Wlad & KO him but I can also see that Wlad establishes distance better than just about anyone at Heavy. He also has very quick hands for such a big guy & he throws perfectly straight punches that would catch Mike coming in. A good amount of Mike's power would be lost since he'd be punching up quite a bit.

Can't say I wouldn't have wanted to see it either, what a fight it would have been. :bbb Their styles would compliment each other.

This is what I mean Pete, some boneheads just post **** with no facts to back it up. Maybe they're just saving the typing...........

For the record I think prime Vitali beats prime Tyson too. :D

However awkward VK seems, he throws punches from every conceivable angle & I don't see how Mike could avoid the majority of them. VK isn't as fast or powerful as WK but he makes up for it with chin & that unorthodox style. I mean, how do you prepare for VK's style? Who could you possibly spar against to prepare for that height, reach, punch output & those crazy unorthodox punch angles? Even if & when Mike lands on VK I'm certain his chin would hold up.

Addie's not a bonehead. From our view we feel like you are massively overrating the K brothers.

You mentioned earlier that Lewis made Briggs run away. But Arreola caused Vitali to actually turn around and run back. I think VK would have a better shot because he's got more metal to him, and seems to have a much better chin.

But Wlad... man honestly considering the way he gets so uncomfortable under pressure I just imagine that he'd get badly hurt early and that would be the end. If he didn't, I think he would disqualify himself with clinching.

Honestly, you make fun of me but I probably actually think Marciano has a better chance at beating Wlad then Wlad does of beating Tyson. That might sound crazy to you, but it just shows the different perspectives and clearly different viewpoints on Wlad as a fighter.

    Cintron ain't all that.

Williams is a decent win, but Williams is no ATG.

Pavlik was in the middle of a nervous breakdown and struggling with alcohol problems, and still easily controlled the fight once he got his **** together.

And you're comparing THAT resume with ****ing JUAN MANUEL MARQUEZ? ****ing idiot.
