    vitali and cotto did 10 times more then everyone else on that list. but vitali is way more dominant then cotto. so vitali clearly the first spot

    More dominant than Cotto ONLY JUST in the worst division in world boxing , and Cotto has fought pretty much everybody from 140 - 147 who was worth fighting at world level and beaten most of them .

    Its a non starter

    I get the feeling that if Cotto was fighting guys with the skill level of Samuel Peter, Chris Arreola, Albert Sosnowski, or somebody like Shannon Briggs who is past their prime and throws 15 punches a round, that he'd be awfully dominant too. Not to mention that to balance things out, he'd have to enjoy a big height advantage over these guys too...and in some cases a weight advantage as well. It's just hard to compare heavyweights with such big physical advantages to fighters in the lower weight classes for me.
