Would you like to post the video of this knock down /shove so that we can all evaluate whether or not it should have been a KD or if the ref rightly called it “NOT A KNOCKDOWN”. I didn’t know there were people that still hated Vitali enough to continue this long since dispelled narrative. But I am game to analyze it on here if you are

And then you factor in all his other fights and it became a non-contest.

Chin is also mental , as in how to cope with being hit. Foreman could take a shot to give a shot and was able to fight back under duress.
    Vitali failed in that factor.

So are you saying that Vitali was a great defensive fighter who never got hit cleanly (man, you are giving ammo to the true Vitali advocates on here)....if not he must have had a pretty solid chin to...well I forget? How many times did he get knocked down? You haven’t told me yet

Sven Ottke never got knocked down. By your logic , he has a greater chin than Froch or Calzaghe.

Vitali was never put down because a past it Lewis was the only live body he ever faced.

How has he a better chin than Foreman , you've yet to put forward your case??

    Less questions and more statements!!

Only you get to ask questions? Pretty funny since you have not answered the original question asked in this thread of how you would rate them? Perhaps you could do that rather than cast aspersions on others?

Anyway my case was pretty simply stated in a question. Which time that Vitali was knocked down shows he didn’t have a great chin. When you produce a single one we can take a look at it together? Or you can continue this conversation with someone else, as I don’t share your passion for this continued dialogue that really is not going anywhere.

I believe you're currently being what the kids these days call a "boxrec warrior"

I answered your question in post #27 and you responded with more questions.

Im still waiting for you to tell me why Vitali had a better chin. Provide an argument if you can. Its your claim , so i don't know why you are having so much trouble providing an argument.
Don't ask me , tell me!!

...stats are what they are. Of the top 100 or so HWs ever Marciano faced slightly harder punchers then average. Doesn’t mean he faced world beaters. Doesn’t mean you have to like it but the stats are what they are. I have no problem with not putting him one but I think at the bottom is inaccurate. You left off Layne and Louis two of the better punchers off that list. Louis was old but Layne was prime and prob had a 65pct KO rate before Marciano ruined him. But to each their own.

I believe you are the box rec warrior who justified his ranking of Marciano as the top for chin because, and I quote,
"his average opponent had a higher KO percentage," which you got from Box Rec. Well I've just blown your assertion
out of the water using your own criteria.
Or, to phrase it another way, you've been hoist with your own petard!lol

I never said that lol, I think that was Gazelle Punch. All I said was that Walcott, Moore and Layne were good punchers
