I never intentionally omitted Layne so lets by all means look at his record 46 %,best ko a tko of 180lbs Satterfield who was china chinned. I intentionally omitted Louis as I thought anyone with an ounce of objectivity would concede he was no longer even a vestige of the puncher he had been.Of his last 9 fights he had scored 3 stoppages.

I neither like or dislike it,I'm telling it as it is!
Anyone who has a problem with the truth should perhaps not attempt to lecture others ?

Good, but not great,Moore was a great lhvy puncher ,[ he was 188lbs and around 40], but not a great heavyweight puncher.ps 50% of his career kos are over 3 rd raters.
1.Marciano never faced a great puncher.
    2. His chin isn't proven against a top drawer banger .
    3. Or against a big punching super heavy.

= He doesn't belong anywhere near the top of this list imo.
ps Sorry I mixed you up,I do that with you sometimes ,your posts often come out as clones of each other, imo.

    :risas3: Tough opposition!

ATTENTION! Another outbrake of ROCKISTA BRAIN VIRUS has been spread among the board. Symptoms are sensory disorder, stupor and the urge to watch Rocky - Walcott 2 at least three times a day! Please don´t post or fuel Rocky Marciano bollocks.

Give Rockista brain virus no chance!
    Thanks.

How many hall of famers does one need to beat to be considered tough competition? Lmao you anti Rocky people are something else. And every Rocky fan knows the first Marciano v Walcott is watched three times a day

I was also told during these ritualistic viewings that one should always position their sofa or recliner so that it is facing Brockton Massachusetts out of respect.

You could beat 10 HOF's would that necessarily mean you had a great chin?

If they admit many more to the HOF ,there will be more in it than out of it!

No, it doesn’t but I’d assume most champion hall of famers packed a decent punch. Or if not a decent punch were at least “tough” competition. And I still have to make my way to visit the HOF! Will get there one day.

Tough competition /being a HOF, doesnt equate to being able to punch hard eg Conn, Pep, Sharkey,
    Angott,Berg.Buchanan,Canto,Benitez,Pastrano,Maxim,Laguna,Hill.

I can only base this on shots absorbed, times stunned and who did the throwing. All had terrific chins.
