    Briggs.

    Briggs is easily the worst lineal hw champ in history and he was never a number 1 hw nor had he ever compiled a meaningful win resume.

    People ranking him high based on his linear claim is absolutely ridiculous. How can he rank above the man who flattened norton in 1 round and gave ali and holmes all they can handle?

    Not to mention the joke of the fight which led to briggs becoming this lineal champ.

    It grinds my gears when people promote briggs as anything other than a fringe contender.

    The only excuse is ignorance.
