Hmmm. This one is trickier than I thought! I need to think this one over some.

    Louis
    Marciano

    Fury

Edit: didn’t see names in OP but see them in the title now lol

For me it would be :

    Louis
    Marciano
    Frazier
    Fury

Louis for obvious reasons. He was the best combination puncher the division has likely seen... and one of the best finishers. He threw every punch in the book, and did so soundly.

Marciano - He was a human offensive wrecking ball, and nobody threw as many punches a round as he did. They might not have been technically sound all the time, but that wasn't the question. It was his offensive abilities, and his workrate combined with his power and tenacity makes for a good offensive machine

Frazier/Fury - These two are close and hard for me to separate. Frazier is this low for me because of his lack of variety in his punches. He was a bit too one-dimensional imo to be above the other two. That said, what he did and what worked for him, he probably did better than anybody else from an offensive standpoint. He also had the tenacity and aggression that made him a tough offensive fighter to cope with. Fury throws all the punches in the book, but never really commits to them, which is why he's this low. His not as aggressive as Frazier and the others and not as tenacious offensively. That said, ring generalship can also be an offensive ability, and something to use to your advantage, and he was the best of the group in this area imo. His movement was also better than anybody on this list, and again that can be an offensive ability. Tough to pick them, but I guess if made to chose it would be Frazier.

The only thing I disagree with here, is that I would not hesitate in giving Frazier the #3 slot.

He was an offensive specialist, who was almost invariably successful in stopping his opponents.

In the end you're right about that being a deciding factor, and Frazier should get the 3rd spot.
