Leonard and Mayweather pretty much interchangeable; Leonard just as good (if not better) an all-round fighting specimen and has the better big-time wins, but Mayweather has much greater consistency, longevity and a broader body of work. Jones next. Essentially as great as Mayweather, but how he bowed out as a top level fighter against Tarver and then Johnson in 2004 just takes him down a peg or so. He gets a pass for anything after that year, though. Pacquiao last. Never quite as dominant over as long a period of time as Mayweather or Jones were, and also beaten / repeatedly shown to be human in his peak years, whereas they weren't. But still a genuine all-time great and proper legend of the sport, of course.
