    Agree with dpw417, except I would have Walcott above Charles at heavy.

    I think it is close but Charles was the most complete fighter. He always beat Moore and he was always a stand out top fighter mixing in top class where as Walcott and Moore (whilst always talented) took a while to turn a corner in their careers.
