Because Wladimir made 20+ title defences and has many more wins over ranked opposition, compare how many ranked fighters Fury has beaten compared to Wladimir and it would be a landslide in Wladimir's favour.

Just because Fury beat him when Wladimir was old doesn't mean Fury should automatically be ranked above him Fury's resume is very poor.

Wladimir dominanted Byrd twice who is comparable to Usyk two smaller slick Southpaw Heavyweights. Except Byrd has a better resume than Usyk does at Heavyweight.

Fury beat Wlad, ended his reign (along with Wilder's) and remains undefeated.

I get you don't like the guy, but give credit where it's due.

What difference does it make whether I like a fighter or not ? I'm not a fan of Wladimir either I just call it as I see it.

Fury beat an old Wladimir and outside of that has only beaten 2 fighters ranked in top 10 Wilder, Whyte.

Wladimir has over 10+ wins against ranked opposition and over 20 world championship wins.

As for Fury being undefeated.....well hes had 2 controversial decisions go his way. And since beating Wladimir in 2015 hes only fought like 9 times and in that 9 year period only fought 2 ranked fighters context is needed here.

You can only fight what's in front of you. Wlad being older isn't Fury's fault, and Fury's career isn't over yet.

Well Fury hasn't gone out of way to fight what's infront of him hes missed out on a whole bunch of ranked contenders. And wasted atleast 2 years of his career fighting Chisora a 3rd time and an MMA fighter.

He's about to fight Usyk, and will most likely fight AJ at some point. I don't mind if he skips a few contenders as long as he fights the top end.

Yes took him long enough to fight Usyk though after fighting Chisora and a MMA fight two meaningless fights with one of them being a literal clown show.
