ok since the top heavyweights are not fighting each other how would you rank their opponents in 2010:

    Wlad: Chambers, Peter, Chisora
    Vitali: Sosowski, Briggs
    Haye: Ruiz, Harrison
    Adamek: Estrada, Arreola, Grant, Maddalone
    Povetkin: Mora, Oruh, TBA
    Chagaev: Meehan
    Valujev: retired?

Even if Wlad got critised for fighting a "shot" Peter I think he still fights the toughest opponents in 2010. The only other HW who gets a pass from me is Adamek who at least is staying busy even if his opponents are average at best. Everybody else looks bad to me in terms of opponents. Povetkin should really fight some higher ranked opponents...

Chambers was the best fighter defeated at HW this year, imo.

Well that's about the right way to put them, maybe Adamek on #3 or even #2 because of volume.
Povetkin's TBA can shake things up a bit!

  4. This is the order I would put them in.

    Vitali
    Wlad
    Chagaev
    Peter
    Haye
    Povetkin
    Adamek:
    Valuev
    Chambers
    Arreola
    Sosowski
    Ruiz
    Chisora
    Briggs
    Harrison

I must need sleep. Misread thread.

Valuev: Honorary position - He's been fighting tough reptilians outside the ring
    Wlad
    Adamek
    Vitali
    Haye
Povetkin or Chagaev...not worth differentiating, probably.

This is quite serious. May've been how he injured his shoulder. ...They have talons, Addie.

  9. Peter has lost 4 times 3 of those were against 2 of the best HW's the sport has ever seen, Peter doesn't get the credit he deserves, I suggest you watch his 2 fights against Tony and see him put on a master class both times. Briggs is completely shot and has been for some time while Chisora is an undefeated fighter on the up who beat Sam Sexton twice recently who is also highly thought of at domestic level, that was one of the easier choices tbh.

Just to clarify, what I meant with this thread is to rank the top HWs in term of who fought the toughest opponents in 2010.

I have them 1.Wlad, 2.Adamek, 3.-4.Vitali/Haye, 5.-6.Povetkin/Chagaev, and Valujev obviously last since he didn't fight anybody.
