Ireland, by Nationality, not always by birth and shouldn't really count if one didn't learn or fight from there. Canada France Germany Italy, same as Ireland, but I have listed it lower thinking of the few champions & contenders who resided there. lol big boost with Hagler though. Jamaica Ghana

Well, there is a very small pool, where almost all the success has came from boxers from the Ulster section of the island. Much of the athletes in the south are swept up by the National games of Gaelic football and hurling, and apart from acting tough, very little has ever came out of Dublin.
In terms of small pool, Panama gets the award for the best Boxing country in the world. 4 million people in the whole country and one top 5 ATG and so many other champions.
