Easily the best the way I see it. His resume far outdoes anyone else's on the list. Guys like Tito, Gomez, and Benitez have clear flaws to their career, while Ortiz was a very consistent fighter who constantly fought and beat the best. He ranks in my top 25 ATG's right now.
quintana's wins over joel julio and paul williams easily beats anything cintron has done in his career.
tito is the greatest pr fighter of all time he beat guys like oba carr, yory boy campas, fernando vargas, david reid,de la hoya(though it was contravertial) when they were undeafeated. and he won world titles in 3 diffrent weight classes.
Oh, OK, Thats a nice one. I guess most poster didn't see him fight. His last fight was in 1972. I was born in 1973 but I have done my homework. He definetly should kick a few out of that list.
Nicolino Locche, Duilio Loi, Ismael Laguna, Joe Brown, Flash Elorde, and Sugar Ramos. Not to mention guys like Battling Torres, Kenny Lane, Johnny Busso, etc.
If you want to add Carlo Ortiz, feel free. I just didn't want too many names on the list, and I tried to get as much recent boxers in the list as possible.
