Different forms of power if you ask me. Torres might be the purest of all of them. He can ko an opponent with one shot.

Manny's speed is what helps his power but I dont think its really that overwhelming. Marquez took it good for 24 rounds. Hatton walked into a hard left and oscar was too weight drained to even compete.

Zab has real good power as well. But he hit Cotto and Floyd flush and they didnt really do much. Chop Chop had sneaky power cause of his speed. He caught Cotto and Floyd and hurt them both but didnt have enough power to finish them off. A power hitter would have. Cotto more so then Floyd cause Floyd can deflect punches well.

Cotto's power is not a one punch power but more of a beatdown. He hits you hard and you feel it in your bones and it eventually breaks you down.

Well then I''d slip him anywhere under Torres.

I don't think Pac can hurt Cotto that amny times and also put him down.

    Well it depends...

    Torres is definetely no 1.
Pac and Corley are no 2 and 3 but don't know exactly which is which.Corley hurt Cotto bad before Miguel finished him but Cotto's chin at the time was affected by the weight loss(which might be a case with Pac aswell).
    Zab is no 4.

I take it your naming fighters who have hurt cotto visably? Because Bailey was an extremely hard puncher, and cotto says that he thought bailey caved his teeth in with one of his right hands or something like that.

That being said i would rank the power as follows

    Zab
    Torres
    Pac
    Chop

    This could change to

    Zab
    Pac
    Torres
    Chop

depending on Pacs run at 140 after this fight if he has one

Could any of the others have one-punch KO'd Hatton? It took Floyd 10 rounds of precision counters to break Hatton, and good punchers like Tszyu, Urango and Maussa had failed to even drop Ricky. The evidence suggests that the extra muscle/weight has given Pacquiao even more serious power than he had when he was decapitating Barrera and Morales.
