Thanks for understanding. I think he was a very very good fighter and extremely popular but I have always be popular does not necessarily make a fighter the best.

    ODLH.

DLH a candidate for #1 of this list.......LOL
He's 0-3 against the two guys ON THIS LIST...... He NEVER distinguished himself against ELITE competition. Being COMPETITIVE doesn't make you the Best...

A very solid argument can be made that the only True losses on Oscars record were vs Mosley in fight I, Hopkins at 160 in his 6th division, and Mayweather slightly past it and Pacquiao shot to hell.
6 division Champ fought everybody and almost beat everybody as well he's got to be #1 after that is hard between the Mexican trip for #2

I go mostly by resume (best wins).

De La Hoya (Whitaker, Mosley 2, Trinidad, Vargas, Quartey, Chavez, Camacho, Mayorga)
Marquez (Pacquiao multiple times, Barrera, Casamayor, Salido, Diaz)
Morales (Pacquiao, Barrera, Zaragoza, Ayala, Jones)
Barrera (Morales x2, Hamed, Tapia, Ayala)
Mosley (DLH, Margarito, Vargas x2, Holiday, Mayorga, Collazo)
    Trinidad (Vargas, Mayorga, Whitaker)

Hardest to decide to me were DLH and Marquez, and Barrera or Mosley. Those might switch with each other, but I don't think the rest of the list is moving.

Yes. He's become very underrated. Those robberies wrongly allow his losses to overshadow his victories.

    Marquez
    Morales
    Trinidad
    Mosley
    MAB
    DLH

The bottom three are interchangeable imo, they're all great fighters though.

Isn't what most of you ggg goons do? They actually rate that as a win instead of a loss
