i'm trying to make a point here but this thread isn't picking up steam like i thought. tarver, johnson and taylor all have better wins than calzaghe.

The Taylor and Calzaghe vs Hopkins verdicts shouldn't be in the equation. Those were three controversial/bad decisions. Neither guy should want a win like that on his resume. And the Calzaghe vs Jones is totally irrelevant, as Jones was irrelevant at that time.

i see what you're saying but they were all close fights. i had hbop winning the first fight vs taylor and taylor winning the second. i also has joe winning in a close fight vs bhop but no one was hardly dominant in these fights.

    Tarver ko2 Jones
    Taylor W12 Hopkins II
    Johnson ko9 Jones
    Calzaghe W12 Hopkins
    Taylor W12 Hopkins I
    Calzaghe w12 Jones

The Calzaghe and Taylor I victories over Hopkins get downgraded because they could have very easily been scored the other way. I'd be more sure of their placing if I scored the fights again but I doubt I'll ever be that bored.

Taylor's second win over Hop edges out Glen's ko of Roy because RJJ looked like such a shell of himself and I thought Taylor did enough to earn the win.

Calzaghe's win over Roy was meaningless, so that's clearly last.

Calzaghe should get a lot of credit for beating hopkins than what hes getting at ESB but the jones win is meaning less.

i think taylors win over hopkins 1 was the biggest,
calzaghes wins are incredibly unimportant as both jones jr and hopkins were way past it, It really frustrates me when other british calzaghe fans truly believe he would have between the likes of ward etc.

it makes other british fight fans like myself look bad

Calzaghe barely beat a 43 year old Hopkins who KNOCKED HIM DOWN.

    Jones win is meaningless.

Those two are at the bottom.
