    What has Mosley even done ? Him above Oscar is just ignorance. At one point he lost five consecutive fights. Forrest, Oscar and Winky. Then it was revealed he was doping...

    mosley isnt an atg in my book at all...ill put tito number one because of his run at 147 was ridiculous and controversy or not he did win against de la hoya...still maybe a toss up but ide put tito oscar then winky mosley dont belong there he was caught cheating as well
