    1. Winky I think is so, so underrated. He clearly defeated Mosley and in the rematch it was closer, but again Winky. His win over Trinidad was even better. I disagree with most people about his match with Hopkins. Yes, Bhops landed the bigger, cleaner shots, but Winky I think was pretty close to Hopkins punches connected if not I think he outlanded Hopkins even though Winky looked like a beaten man, I don't think that should ever determine the results of a bout. A draw might of been fair. I think Winky and Oscar are pretty even even though H2H Winky would be a favorite. Strongest of the bunch.

    2. Oscar because basically he got robbed in the Trinidad fight, he lost a close one to Mosley in their first match, but Oscar clearly won 7 out of 12 rounds in the rematch. Resume wise he has many, many scalps and respectable names, but they were either too small, too old, or on their way out or too limited. He was an exciting fighter that's a plus for any fan and in the end he didn't duck anyone. He was great for boxing.

3.Tito is one of the best one dimensional fighters I've ever seen. Once he got momentum going, he was very hard to stop. He wasn't a one punch ko artist, but he was still devastating in the way he put them together to make him one of the best finishers of his time. It seemed the next punch was always more devastating than the last. From 147 to 160 he was a force to be reckoned with, but clearly 154 was his best weight. His war with Fernando Vargas who might of been a great fighter had it not been for Trinidad is one of the best fights I have ever seen and clearly Trinidad's best performance. Like Oscar, he also has many respectable names, but like Oscar, in some of his most important fights he fell short and like Oscar he was also favored to win. His one dimensional style finally caught up with him.

    4. Mosley was one of the best lightweights I've ever seen, but didn't really get tested vs a great lightweight. He carried his speed and power into 147 and was the first man to clearly defeat Oscar. They seemed to be equals H2H, but sadly his accomplishments respectable as they are just don't match the rest.

Okay.. if you dont have Mosley number 1.. i def. understand... I think Oscar could take it.. BUT MOSLEY NOT AN ATG!?!?!? And Winky is?? Do you know Winky got his claim to fame by beating Mosley?

First of all the guy knocked out JJL.. and then beat Oscar twice!... plus he beat up Collazo and Margacheato and Vargas... and of course ko'd Mayorga when we all knew Shane was looking horrible in that fight and well past it... plus he went to war with Cotto in a close fight.... He lost to Winky but gave a valiant effort the second time and of course he stepped in the ring with Mayweather and NOW Pacquiao.. not an ATG?? U must be braindead... the guy wanted to fight Berto... and after he left his prime losing to Cotto, he still impressed with a great run against Mayorga, Marg, and May....

lets be honest here... the guy is in the top 60 if not 50 alltime... if ATG is the tope 30 or so.. then fine then... but he is def. a top 60.. and to me 50...

BUT.. if you only think that he is not an ATG because of the doping incident... then I can understand that reasoning..

Mosley has the h2h wins over Oscar but probably shouldn't rate as greater overall.

Winky is a great h2h fighter and has three wins over two of those others (and likely would have beaten Oscar as well had they ever met) but just didn't reach the same heights as any of them.

So basically, you can make arguments for shuffling the deck a bit but in any permutation Wright should be #4 and then you can have any order with the other three as long as Oscar's ahead of Shane.

    ie

    DLH
    Mosley
    Trinidad
    Wright

    DLH
    Trinidad
    Mosley
    Wright

    Trinidad
    DLH
    Mosley
    Wright

Yea I mean it just matters what the question is. If it's resume wise, Oscar defintely takes it and I'm sure that's what will give him a place in Canastota one day. But I give more credit to fighters that beat the creme of the crop than fighters that have wins over names they were expected to beat in the first place. But I do agree even H2H Oscar would not be a walk in the park even for Winky. Oscar was a great 147lber while Winky a great 154lber lets just put it that way.

My personal opinion on this is at there very best Winky was the better fighter , the Winky of 03 - 04 @154 would of been very very hard to stop by any fighter in any generation at that weight class . He is so so underated its not even funny on here , he IMO was the #1 P4P fighter at that time , and he IMHO would be a tough tough test for today's Pacquiao or Mayweather and may even beat them both !!

De La Hoya at his very best was him against Trinidad @147 , there is an argument for him being in his prime @54 & 40 but i dont buy that , as effective as he was lower than 47 i see the best ODLH against Trinidad , thats just my opinion .

Resume and acheivements go to De La Hoya , but if your asking me who was the greatest fighter from these 4 i go with Winky followed by De La Hoya
