    Yea Hasine Cherifi put it to him to not only take the belt away but show Holmes, this is what the Middleweight Champion is supposed to look like. Thank God Cherifi saved the division's honor.

    Don't like Mayweather, but he's trending up in my rankings.
    P4P, anywhere betwen 20 and 30 is fine with me.

    He's not thought of as a top 10 or 25 by any sensible person now, how would it get better by 2050?

    His career and legacy and character can be summed up right there.

    Look at Lennox Lewis, in his prime he was considered average, boring and a million miles from being one of the great heavyweights.

    Now he makes almost every top 5 I see.

    Floyd and Pacquiao will undoubtedly be remembered as all time greats.

    Because in 2050, no one will be going out of their way in an attempt to pick his record apart!

    By then, no one will even be aware, that these kinds of discussions took place 30 years earlier. In 2050 wannabe historians will be denigrating the best from that time - arguing that their era sucks. Another time, but same old story...
