    If we're just going on wins no one ticks the boxes more than Harada.

    However, we also have him losing, valiantly, but badly. Whether that outweighed Kingpetch I, one of the great filmed performances IMO, and Jofre I&II, the only two losses of one of the very greatest fighters of all time, is up to you.

    Maybe some sort of factor should be considered on a guys worst loss also.

    Can you expand a bit on the eye test.
    Are you talking throughout their career, at their best, or their best performances?

    The answer would affect Buster Douglas, Ken Norton, Max Schmelling, Winky Wright, Vernon Philips, Manny Pacquaio, Guillermo Rigondeaux and others.

    Say like an average of their best 3 performances then a subtraction due to their worst loss.
