How would you rank these men (p4p or on overall accomplishments) strictly at these specific weight ranges?

    Sugar Ray Leonard above 147

    Pernell Whitaker above 135

    Floyd Mayweather Jr. above 130

    Shane Mosley above 135

    Bernard Hopkins above 160

I preferred Mayweather above 130 anyways. I also preferred Mosley above 135.

But I terms of how good a fighter these people are.

    Pea
    Mayweather
    Leonard
    Mosley
    Hopkins

It's a bit unfair to Leonard and Hopkins who built their legacy in these divisions and everything else was just the icing on top while the others built their career by weight jumping and/or above their starting weight.

    FMJ
    Whitaker
    Mosley
    Leonard
    Hopkins
