hopkins is at disadvantage when analysing resumes as is wlad because even thought neither fighter ducked anybody, floyd and pac fought in eras where there were other great fighters around their weights

doesn't that put Floyd and pac at the disadvantage then, since they didn't face each other?

Main criteria: Only a fighters career in the 2000's is considered. For example, Roberto Duran fought in 2002 but obviously he doesn't come into this list. That was probably where the biggest problem lay: trying to rank guys who's careers overlapped with the 90's and 2000's, for e.g. Roy Jones Jr. Guys who fought exclusively in the 2000's or who peaked in the 2000's probably have an advantage here and may be ranked higher in this list than they would be in an ATG P4P list for example.

Anyway, this is what I came up with so far:

    1. Manny Pacquiao
    2. Floyd Mayweather Jr
    3. Juan Manuel Marquez
    4. Bernard Hopkins
    5. Marco Antonio Barrera
    6. Joe Calzage
    7. Oscar De La Hoya
    8. Eric Morales
    9. Wladamir Klitschko
    10. Winky Wright
    11. Shane Mosely
    12. Kostya Tszyu
    13. Ricky Hatton
    14. Felix Trinidad
    15. Roy Jones Jr.
    16. Vitali Klitschko
    17. Miguel Cotto
    18. Andre Ward
    19. Diego Corrales
    20. Jose Luis Castillo
    21. Ivan Calderon
    22. Nonito Donaire
    23. Rafael Marquez
    24. Sergio Martinez
    25. Carl Froch
    26. Wonjongkam
    27. Timothy Bradley
    28. Israel Vasquez
    29. Antonio Tarver
    30. Sergio Martinez
