Here's how I have the Top 30 in late November 2014... 1) Kiltschko 2) Povetkin 3) Stiverne 4) Pulev 5) Furry 6) Gsora 7) Jennings 8) Wilder 9) Takam 10) Glazkov 11) Cunningham 12) Thompson 13) Perez 14) Chambers 15) Chagaev 16) Ortiz 17) Mansour 18) Spilzka 19) Arreola 20) Wach 21) Scott 22) Adamek 23) Solis 24) Teper 25) Charr 26) Ruiz Jr. 27) Ustinov 28) Price 29) Joshua 30) Browne
My personal top 10, 1. Klitschko 2. Povetkin 3. Pulev 4. Stivernne 5. Jennings 6. Takam 7. Fury 8. Thompson 9. Wilder 10. Glazkov
I do not rate Wilder, as he hasn't fought any top contender yet. The Scott win I ignore as it was an obvious dive IMO. Fighters like Takam or Perez fought eachother and one fought Povetkin and other Jennings to boot. Win or lose, that's what counts for me, not a padded record. 1. Wlad 2. Povetkin 3. Pulev 4. Stiverne 5. Jennings 6. Takam 7. Perez 8. Thompson 9. Fury 10. Chisora
Well theres Wlad and then there is everybody else. I mean Wilder is top ten and people like Fury and Chisora are top ten aswell. Who has Chisora beat? No wonder Briggs is having a go I wish I was 20kg heavier.
In all serious though, Meehan has had a much better year than the more talked about Briggs. Both made their come backs after being out of the ring for a couple of years, and Meehan won 200k in a one night, 6 man tournament, then went on to defeat Shane Cameron.. Briggs on the other hand has knocked out a bunch of club fighters, and expects a world title shot atsch
I agree. The 200k was the most ever Meehan made in one night. I think he came close or maybe more his last fight over Meehan. Honestly Meehan could find himself ranked (if he isn't already) top 20. Billy Wright is the oldest ranked fighter in the world right now, 49 and like 18th in one of the sanctioning bodies. He's a fun story but I know he's not a legit threat. I just like pulling for the guy.

Billy Wright v.s Zoltan Petranyi would be fun :yep I like stories like Wrights as well. No problem rooting for him as long as you're realistic about his standing in the division. Btw, if you like good stories like Wrights, google Steve Vukosa.
