Rare Jack Sharkey footage with his kids training and interview

Sharkey was something of a physical specimen. Dude was pretty athletic and even yoked.

 

Wholesome dad, hard worker. Pretty good cardio and coordination with the jump rope.

 

In his book IN THIS CORNER, author and interviewer Peter Heller commented on how robust Sharkey was, even into older age. Sharkey came across as an intelligent guy in very no nonsense fashion. I believe during his career and after, he expressly set himself and his family up very well financially for the future.
